Located on Bergen’s old wharf - which is listed as UNESCO World Heritage – the Bergen Marin is one of First Hotel’s 45 unique, Scandinavian hotels.

The challenge

Working with interior architects from one of Europe’s leading hotel operators, we were given one month to completely redecorate three relatively outdated Bergen Marin suites which showed low occupancy rates.

Based on our analyses, we were able to create an outstanding suite design during an intensive 3-day workshop with Third.space in Denmark. The whole process was extremely smooth and efficient, but what really impressed and inspired me was their enthusiastic ‘can do’ approach and passion for interiors.
